As discussed a couple of weeks ago, the government has provided more details on the way in which their proposed 'gay relationship recognition' system would work, according to the BBC. The 'living togther for six months' limitation appears to have gone, but the differentiation between gay and straight 'partnerships' remains a sticking point for some, including Peter Tatchell, who has recourse to the word 'heterophobic'.
