Personality Conflict
Generally speaking, I can get on with most people. There are very few people to whom I take a significant dislike, and generally then only if they've done something specific to upset/annoy/hurt me or mine.
But at some point, I suspect everyone encounters someone who just rubs them up the wrong way from the minute they walk through the door. And I've got one of those in my life at the moment.
One of those people who is so fundamentally at odds with my entire worldview and way of treating people that I feel an almost physical reaction whenever I have to deal with them.
Fortunately I'm not the only one who feels this way, so I don't feel quite as intolerant as I might otherwise, but when I'm sitting in a room getting more wound up by the minute and having my entire mood affected by it, somehow that's small comfort.

Yeah, I’ve had that – got it at the moment, in fact. Even better, it’s not just worldview and how I treat people, it’s also business knowledge.
Now OK, I ran my own business for 8 years, and I chose to fold it up when I settled down a bit. But the current nemesis has no idea how to do it, has some decidedly bizarre ideas, and it’s actually painful to have to sit back and watch them nosedive the company into the ground.
Ah well – maybe I need to go back to being self-employed again.

It’s actually getting worse. I just had to get up and walk out of a room in order to avoid getting into a real row.
